DECEMBER 12, 2007

There was no actual meting but members of the club could be found at the North Reading Housing Authority treating the seniors to lunch and a Christmas Carol sing along.

Club members present for the caroling were, left to right: Janice Wood, Peter Majane, Eric Evans, Joe Scianatico, Debbie Birkmaier, Doug Mercurio, Nancy Mede and her fiance Steve and Steve May.

Members of the club and the 14 seniors who attended the special event really enjoyed the lunch and had a great time singing.

We would also like to thank Mr. Frank Delaney, Manager of the Housing Authority for allowing the club to furnish the lunch and entertain the seniors. Everyone really got into the event and it was noted that some of the club members, when it came to singing the 12 days of Chistmas, could really belt out one particular part of the carol. Just ask Doug.
